Big Apple Funeral Services was founded by Funeral Director Alexander Kurbatsky who has worked in the funeral business since 2010.  Mr. Kurbatsky graduated from St. John’s University with a Bachelor’s Degree and completed American Academy McAllister Institute, prior to successfully certifying his board examination in 2013.  Mr. Kurbatsky’s experience was gained at Brighton Beach Memorial and Caribe Funeral Home, both based in Brooklyn NY.
